First Summerschool 2016

1St CoCo Summerschool: "Ultracold few- and many-body systems: Quantum mechanics made crystal clear.”

We have been able to recruit 6 distinguished scientists as lecturers for the first ITRG CoCo summer school. The topics involve scientific questions at the heart of the IRTG: Cold collisions and interactions involving maximal quantum effects not reachable at ambient conditions. The subjects range from experimental investigations of ultracold gases, over quantum rotors to the theoretical description of ultrafast laser interactions. Therefore lectures shall bring together experimental and theoretical researchers working in the field and are devoted to the people doing the real work: graduate and doctoral students as well as young post-docs.
